We've been looking to provide a higher-quality, spam-free experience at the plugins site for some time, and a major error on our part forced us to shut down the current site before we could put the new one in place. A plugin designed to make adding captions to a page dead simple. It takes an image element and uses one of its attributes to build the markup for a caption. It allows for arbitrary styling, markup and animation. Additionally it works great with Web-Based WYSIWYG editors making client-controlled captions a breeze.
Tested in IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
