We've been looking to provide a higher-quality, spam-free experience at the plugins site for some time, and a major error on our part forced us to shut down the current site before we could put the new one in place. Media Queries / Dynamic resolution dependent layouts
The script adds basic Media Query-Support (min-width and max-width in px units ) to all browsers (http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-mediaqueries/). It helps you to create a dynamic resolution dependent layout with webstandards in mind.
