We've been looking to provide a higher-quality, spam-free experience at the plugins site for some time, and a major error on our part forced us to shut down the current site before we could put the new one in place. 3D Cloud Carousel
This is a fast and cross-browser implementation of a 3d carousel - looks very nice, more like a Flash implementation. It can create dynamic reflections underneath the carousel items, is accessible and degrades nicely without JavaScript. Easy to use as an unobtrusive plugin with lots of options.
