Typing causes flickering of textarea height

Description
The autogrow plugin causes the textarea to animate it's height even though the height is the same. This causes the bottom of the textarea to flicker since we're constantly animating to the same height.
Don't animate if last animation of the textarea height is the same. Fix attached.

I don't think the logic is correct at the bottom of the (unpatched) jQuery. It seems way too complicated. Attached is a patch simpler than the older one which just simplifies the logic.
However, even with my patch which looks correct to me, I still get flickering unless I set padding:0 border:0 on the textarea. With both my patch plus padding:0 border:0 I do not get flickering.
I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.12.
