.css('width') yields wrong value sometimes in IE

Using the .css('width') method can yield the wrong width for certain textareas. If you have a textarea in a paragraph which has padding on one side of it, Firefox returns the correct width (both methods) whereas IE only returns the correct width using the .width() method.
Simple change suggested:
ta.css('width') -> ta.width();
