Description
There was a breaking change in jQuery 1.4 to the behavior of the $() selector. Modifying throbber to bind ajaxStop to $(this) instead of $() fixes the issue.
// Hide all AJAX throbbers on AJAX stop
$(this).ajaxStop(function() {
