Jaggy Blackness around images

Hi Guys,
For some reason a jaggy black outline is being applied to my images in IE7 and IE8. I think IE is messing up the background shadow that was applied to the images in photoshop. Also, the images are transparent PNGs if that matters? Please see attachment for what I'm talking about.
Anybody know what could be causing this? Let me know if you need more information.
