On the demo page for clueTip http://plugins.learningjquery.com/cluetip/demo/ only the first demo 'basic tip from title' works in Google Chrome version 2.0.172.28. No other demos work.

Hi Alan,
It looks like this is a problem with the hoverIntent plugin. I copied the demo page and removed the reference to hoverIntent, and it seemed to work just fine:

I'll try to see what's going on there and talk with the hoverIntent plugin author. Maybe together we can get to the bottom of the problem.

this is fixed now in Github. I'll try to bundle an updated zip to put up here asap. In the meantime, you can get the Github version here.
